Old carts are our specialty. We rebuild the ugly ones, wake up the slow ones and repair the ones that just need to run again. Every build gets real hands, real sparks and zero interest in boring.

Blueprint of the E-Z-GO build: 36V lithium conversion, Alltrax controller and new motor, 48V upgrade ready, new leather seats, 6-inch lift, 22-inch tires, black and gray paint, diamond-plate rockers, push bar, Badlands 5500 winch on a separate 12V battery, low-profile on-cart chargers, diamond-plate dump bed and lighting you can see a mile away

AFTER

It showed up half dead. It left lithium-powered, lifted, winched and prepared to make poor decisions off pavement.

YAMAHA — YOU AND ME ARE HAULIN’ ASS

The Yamaha as it arrived, not running and missing its rocker panels

Blueprint of the Yamaha build: complete teardown and rebuild with a farm-cart influence, wiring diagnosed and repaired, stained wood trim replacing the missing rockers, flat-black finish, 4-inch lift, 22-inch tires, ground wheel wells for clearance, modified Baja-style front, a 24 by 40-inch wooden rear cargo box, light bar and Baja lights, and the seat seams repaired

It didn’t run, it was missing pieces, and somebody still saw a farm cart hiding in there. Naturally, we added a box and bigger tires.
